At the time of writing this post AutoTrafficAvalanch is in the #1 position on the clickbank marketplace for “e-business & e-marketing” with a gravity of 1325 which means it is selling like crazy, and almost all of the “big-hitters” who I subscribe to have promoted it.

Now the site has such a great hook, generate floods of traffic in 13 clicks or less, and enjoy hundred dollars on autopilot.

Normally I ignore these type of products, but that hook and the popularity meant I had to buy it, and as it’s a clickbank product I can buy it through my own link to check it out before deciding if I should promote it or not. After all the guy who’s on the video lives just up in the road in Stockport, if it’s a great product it could open some doors.

Pushy Sales Funnel

On taking the $39 product I went past 4 different up-sells. The sales pitch didn’t match the original page and they seemed to be pusing to buying proven campaigns that I would just copy and paste. It also talked about affiliate X, I tried they’re monthly site years ago – it was shit then, so several no-thank you’s later and alarm bells were starting to ring.

Not What I Expected, But Good Initial Content

Inside the members area Mike has gone, and we have Kieran who expalins where the traffic is going to be coming from.

The traffic comes from paid advertising on facebook and a dating site plenty of fish. Unlike google adwords they allow people to direct link to clickbank products and if you do some research you can drill deep and get super targeted advertising.

I’ve heard about this being like adwords before the mass affiliate marketer’s spoilt it and google had to slap everyone to stop every search showing up biz opps / weight loss ect.

Where’s the automatic 13 click software?

In module 3 we got round to the “software” and the product rapidly goes downhill. This is not software it’s a script that you install on your own website with the only automated part being aimed to deceive facebook staff.

These guy’s openly say that advertising the top selling products in the make money online section of clickbank break the terms and conditions for facebook advertising, but if you use this script it will show a different site to facebook staff during approval, and send traffic to banned affiliate links.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be taking on facebook’s legal team!

This product starts off white hat, but quickly turns into a very black hat method, and anyone who’s promoted it you without the warning about the black-hat is just out to scew you out of cash.

Misleading Salespage

Not only is the actual product black hat it’s completely misleading.

Lie #1 - 234 copies – total BS

If you look at the marketplace it has a link to the affiliate page where the top affiliate will get a $5,000 bonus on top of 60%.

Let’s do some maths – $39 x 234 = $9,126 x 0.4 (owners share) = $3560 – even with a killer upsell the owner is going to loose money if he sticks to this number.

Lie #2 – the actual name!

Inside the members area nothing is automated. You have to manually go through clickbank picking out products and then write your own adverts. The software itself is not automated, to use it you have to manually put in the deceptive link and clickbank product and then manaully upload it. Calling the site TrafficAvalanche may have worked, but the word auto is laughable.

Lie #3 – newbie friendly

The salespage talks of needing no PPC or technical knowledge.

The whole course relies on you using the advertising service provided by facebook / plenty of fish – this is just PPC by a different name! Installing the script to deceive the facebook staff is pretty technical, it looked easy enough to me after watching the video, but was definately not mentioned on the salespage.

I’m angry

I find it disgusting that this type of product has been allowed into the clickbank marketplace and that so many people are being sold to by unscrupulous people who ignore terms and conditions so that they can make more money.

If you’ve fallen for the slick salesvideo full of lies and broken promises then please contact clickbank directly for your refund, the only way to stop this type of crap is vote with your feet, a high refund rate should tell clickbank that this sort of black hat marketing is not something we want.

I have just had a chance to review Jeremy Gislason’s and Simon Hodgkinson’s, long awaited Underground Traffic Blueprints a few days early. For the amount of time we had to wait for this to come out, and for it being touted as “Game Changing”, “Underground”, “Nothing Held Back” and the “Ultimate Traffic Rush”, it had a lot to live up too.

So how did it do?

Well, from the start it’s a daunting, huge series, 36 videos of over eight hours of brand new video in the first section alone, and almost another 4 hours when you include the second bonus set of videos. All together, this series is providing an underground traffic blueprint with over 11 different ways of driving paying traffic past your thank you pages and into your bank account, and best of all it has a surprise ending!

It will literally take you days to get through this series, because you are bound to want to stop and take notes all along the way.

It’s not hard to follow the content and while the techniques are somewhat complicated at times, they are explained well and the flow charts included, give you a step-by-step action plan, with more than enough proof and examples to keep you motivated.

The video quality is great in this series; it never buffered, even while dripping through my slow wifi connection and the graphics were pro and explained the themes to a “T”.

My only complaint is in the audio of the second bonus. It was a little off in places, as if it was recorded using different equipment. However, it definitely was not bad enough to distract from the vital information. Therefore, if you equate huge amounts of information as valuable, you won’t be let down. More importantly, if you’re after cutting edge, “underground” money making secrets that you won’t find anywhere else, you’ll get them too, especially from the surprise ending!

In fact, if I didn’t have to write this blog post, I’d already be spending more time exploring the back door which Jeremy and Simon found left open by ________.com (A really BIG search engine, sorry that’s all I can say at this time.)  which they expose in the very first phase!

Phase 1 Part 1:

Here are the stats: How does 1,700-targeted visitor’s per-penny sound? That is only $17.00 dollars for 1,700 prequalified customers, in any niche visiting your offer regardless of the prevailing average cost of keywords for that niche!

This is the essence, of the first phase of the blueprint, and each phase keeps getting better!

Using this first phase’s underground tactics, you can literally have “crap for copy”, make only one sale, and still come out ahead!

Now imagine what’s happening as I test this on one of my own offers which is averaging 5 to 10% conversions with only two dollars in profits per sale.

10% conversion out of 1,700 visitors = 170 paying customers
170 customers x $2.00 = $340

Not bad for seventeen bucks!

All this is from Jeremy and Simon revisiting ideas, that other people did not think worked anymore and scouring it for underground loopholes. Now we can take advantage of the “cheapness” of this opportunity until everyone realizes what we are “up to”. This is a whole new underground spin on image ads that you can prove out yourself, by risking as little as $10.00 and getting in the neighborhood of 1,000 hungry visitors!

Without any “Black Hat” tactics!

Forget everything that you think, you know about keyword research and pay-per-click advertising. This is a brand new blueprint, with time saving brand new tools!  One of the simple tricks inside for keyword researching alone has already saved me a half hour every day!

I surmise, even a “newbie” could stop after this first section of Phase 1 and set up and organize a working plan, per this blueprint. They could, write their own copy and make their own image ad, by following the step-by-step tutorial and make back several times the cost of the course, (on auto-pilot) even before they have time, to finish the rest of the video series!

Phase 1, Part 2:

The 8 Million Visitor Section is just as awesome as the first section because 8 million visitors is really the potential. Unfortunately, this second section entails a little more patience than the first section, but once implemented, this blueprint teaches you everything you need to build your own traffic-driving “Hard Internet Asset” that will keep growing in real value while sending more targeted traffic to your offers every day.

This second section of Phase 1 is another “whole and complete blueprint”, this time, for setting up and filling a [INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK] site that will dominate any niche you put it on.  (I can’t reveal the type of site here as it wouldn’t really be fair to the guys and their customers, you’ll thank me later)

So yesterday I bought John Thornhill’s Auto Article Profits and thought I’d share a little bit of the unadvertised bonus and give you some hints on how to write articles. Once this is published it’s time to read the main product and start submitting this into the article directories.

A Good Intro

Be up front and tell people what they are going to learn in the first paragraph. Time is short on the internet and people want the information now rather than having to wade through pages of filler.

Don’t Keyword stuff

If you’re doing your research and using google alerts for your keywords you will soon find that most of the articles you find are total rubbish. Hint – cheap article writers are cheap for a reason!

The same is also true for many article spinners, the only part of this business that should be automated is the submission, it really is dull and really is just copy & paste 

Be Positive

I know that bad news travels faster than good, but when did bad news ever make you take out your wallet?

The whole point of writing articles is to drive traffic to your website and get people to join your list, buy your product, or take some sort of positive action. If your article gives actionable advice that helps people they will want to find out more about you and click the resource link at the bottom as a very warm prospect.

Good Formatting

Long pages of text with no breaks in the formatting make for dull reading and can turn the reader off faster than a page of flashing banner adverts. Make use of sub headings and write in short paragraphs and keep sentences short and snappy to drive the reader to the end of the article.

The Strong Call To Action

As you get towards the end of the article be sure that you have written everything that you set out to achieve in the title and that all important first paragraph.

Then lastly it’s the all important resource box…

My advice here is to create a swipe file based on the best article writers in your niche and use that to drive hyper targeted traffic back to your website.

So it’s now a week since I released HowToUseListWire.com and I wanted to share the results, and publicly thank those of you who made it a success.

Turnover for the site was > $500 with almost all of that going to affiliates, the following people all made at least 1 sale

This new list of proven buyers is much more responsive, sales on the backend follow-up and links inside the members area have been impressive. The last blog post received far more comments, and most of the comments appear to be from the new list. Please continue this trend, the more feedback I get the better…

By getting this site out I feel I have more leverage, and it’s a good feeling to know that my videos have helped people to get started. I will be adding a 4th video shortly about how to integrate listwire with TEReports

Lastly I wrote an OTO and made a sales video that both converted in double figures which is an excellent result, and something I’m proud of. Perhaps all the hype about video is actually correct?

Cons

The site went live when it was finished, and as a result a lot of people I wanted to ask to promote were already committed to TEReports.  Next time I will make sure I do the testing days before I want to go live rather than the morning of my initial date and find it doesn’t work.

Now I don’t think I was using the most up to date version of the script, I’ve had to manually search the database within php & I owe some of the above commission on the OTO’s which again will need to be done manually

Also the pricing seemed to rise quicker than the limits I had set, so it’s always important to get the most up to date version of whatever script you’re using.

Future Uses

Now based on what I have learnt from Lee McIntyre’s event this won’t be the last you will see of this content. Once I’ve created the 4th video I will be repackaging and trying a different angle to get more buyers onto my list.

It may also appear as bonus content for people who buy affiliate products through my links in the future, and should I get round to doing a micro continuity list building course later in the year I’m sure it will feature.

Conclusions

Gary is totally spot on with this quality list building concept and it’s something I should have done a long time ago. In fact I’ve just bought my next domain, and already have the ball rolling to create the product.
