Notice Anything Different When You Try To Close The Browser?

This may seem counter entuitive, but I want you to try and close this page…
Did you notice that as you got towards the dreaded x that something appeared on the page?
I’ve installed Traffic Locker on this blog and it took me under 10 minutes to set up, so if you want to try and monetise lost traffic without those annoying exit pop ups that tell you to “click cancel for our best ever deal” this is for you.
Software like this is usually marmite, you love it or hate it, so please post a comment with your gut reaction so I know what you think of it.

Definitely looks much sexier than the usual exit splash. I like the graphics much better than the browser window these scripts usually display.
Let me know how this changes your stats – I think I’ll give it a test run myself.
btw – are you able to customise the whole content of the ad using html?

The whole thing is fully customisable, I just took the easy option and went for an affiliate silver bullet banner. If you really wanted you can put in an opt-in form and it also has the ability to display right above the buy button which I think could be a very cool feature.

I’ve got a review access from Greg and Mike last week, just didn’t have time to play with it yet. But for sure will do something similar on my blog, love the way your banner pop up when I try to leave the page.
