So You Don’t Like Webinars?
Hi folks
The e-mail I sent yesterday inviting you to learn about Alex Jefferies coaching course had my lowest ever click through rate, so I’m curious and want to know why?
- Was it because everyone else has hit your inbox and you were pissed off with it?
- Was it because you hate webinars and think they were just invented to pitch at you live?
- Or something completely different?
Now speaking of Alex’s course I want to explain why you should consider it – assuming that you have the finances in place to do so (don’t go buying unless you have capital to invest in your business).
I’ve met Alex several times, the first was back in October 2006, and he just had a certain vibe wereby I knew he’d be successful – I think I called it cockiness when I was promoting his postlaunchsecrets as he reminded me last time I saw him in Newcastle!
Anyway Alex is very well positioned to give you the coaching that you need to drive your business forward. He has spent a small fortune on his own development and he has picked up the good habits of his mentors.
The mentors that I know of are Mike Filsaime, Rich Schefferon, Andrew Fox, and by the way he’s positioned this offer and created the squeezepages / product launch I’m sure that he’s studied Mass Control from Frank Kern.
Now that’s enough about how over qualified Alex is to coach you, I want to give you a very exclusive bonus.
Once you’ve got started with Alex and picked a niche to dominate I will help you create your first site. I can set up butterfly marketing & launch formula marketing scripts, create a nickelmania type site that will get a list of buyers, and set up your sites for maximum profits – where to add upsells, how to cross sell, and set up the autoresponder.
As this is obviously going to be time consuming got me I’ve got to limit this to just 3 buyers.
If you want more details about this bonus get in touch with me directly via andrew.stark79 @ gmail.com
Happy List Building
Andrew
Oh, and don’t forget to tell me why you didn’t like the webinar link?

Hey Andrew!
No worries. As for myself, I had over a dozen invites and simply signed up using the first one to come my way.
Early bird gets the worm!
Blessings,
Lesley
Thanks Lesley, and if you do buy then make sure you give the commission to the person you think deserves it rather than the first person who told you about it…
Andrew
I’m just starting out on the net but have never liked web siminars. I am in the legal field and have to watch some but I generally don’t like them.
Hi Andrew
I guess a big part of it is likely to be seeing the same email from so many marketers – I realise Alex is heavily promoting his new launch.
I am guessing that this works for the vendor (implied social proof that the product must be good if so many people are promoting it) but I think it can also backfire.
How can your promote a webinar without knowing the content? I am guessing Alex is offering some pretty big commissions and even a bonus for leads maybe?
I, like some I guess, will not be buying and seeing so many cut-n-paste emails just encourages me to unsubscribe.
If a marketer has such low respect for my attention or does not think ahead enough about how to promote with a unique email, they are not someone I wish to continue getting emails from.
I think I have seen 2 possibly 3 unique emails with the vast majority of those flooding my inbox have been near identical duplicates.
Sloppy marketing = sloppy results.
As for my main reason not to buy. I have heard Alex speak, I have seen some of his pitch pages and I wish him good luck.
He clearly has made a break through using his own personal style but I would not choose to give money to someone who has “done it” in the vain hope that they are also skilled enough to be a good teacher or trainer.
From the material he has put out, I do not trust that he will be a sufficiently skilled teacher.
The fact that someone can do something does not automatically make them a good teacher or trainer.
I think people seem to forget that when getting sucked in with the normal Internet Marketing BS and Hype.
Dave.
Andrew, my situation closely mirrors Lesley’s. My inbox had no shortage of invites. I do think I clicked yours, but I cannot remember for sure.

Hi Andrew,
Nothing personal but I’ve already signed up. Also have had about 50 emails about it which is slight overkill!
I do like webinars as generally you can learn a lot from them. The problem is that most of them are for the american market and take place when I am sound asleep!
Anyway must get over to Alex’s webinar as it is just about to start.
Good Luck!

I am interested in webinars. I get invited to at least 4 a week. The problem is that they do not always come at a covenient time. The webinars almost always have some very useful information and are worthwhile attending.
Another factor is that I am being bombarded with e-mail offers. I only have time to read a select few.
Hi Andrew,
I think Webinars are great way to learn. For this one it was a case of can’t get money from a stone. Training is great but if it’s always geared to the sell of the product it’s not helpful, if you can’t afford to buy.
However, if the training is generic then the webinars are worth doing. I have come across a couple like this.
I enjoy your blog!
Kate
Hi,I have the same problem. The time of the webinars is really a bad time for me. If they were later by 2 or 3 hours I might be able to get in on them. I have never been on one mostly because of this.
Hey Andrew,
I get so many offers for teleconferences and webinars, I could be doing those every day of the week. It’s overwhelming. I run several businesses and have limited time for passive listening.
Thanks for the emails and the query.
Faye
Andrew being located in far north eastern Thailand meant a 3am time slot for me re the webinar plus the fact the our internet connections are extremely dubious at that time of the day – don’t ask my why, they just are! I actually emailed the staff of Alex re our situation and asked if there was a possibility of a download from the seminar.
hi, I am one who does not like webinars, I would rather read info at my convenience. Mostly because of time factors.
Hey Andrew lam in Australia the webinar times most part are no good as you can imagine, l still needed to work offline yet.
Webinars usually have good content but these days I’m getting several invites a day and often at competing times. I can’t spend my life on webinars–got to get back to trying to make money! I’m not sure about this one, whether it was a conflicting time or I realized it was going to cost me in the end and I’m not buying much anymore. I have a computer full of information, time to put it to use.
I am sure this was something I needed that would have helped me get my biz up and running, but unfortunately I’m behind on my mortgage pmt and that has to come first. I’ve been looking for what ever free resources I can find that will help me generate enough income to stay afloat… then I can start investing in my biz. I worked 31 years in the military and my retirement took a big hit and I’m back to work. Oh well, thank God I have a job.
Thanks for all the help you’ve give all of us Andrew.

Hi folks
Thanks for the comments, seem to be a mixture of things, but this has given me an insight into what you all think.
For reference you won’t be getting a cut & paste email from me later today. Dave the commissions could be massive *4 figures) and anyone generating more than 500 leads is getting an ipad, hence people hitting it hard.
I do trust that Alex is capable of coaching you to success, providing that you’re ready for success.
Andrew
The webinar was at 6:00 p.m. I was on my home from my J.O.B. as I suspect many people in my time zone were.

Hey Andrew,
Nothing wrong with you guy and I love webinars. Simply had a full schedule and just could not make. Appreciate the offer though and maybe next time.
I agree with most of the posts ahead of mine. Incoming “Guru email” screams to narrow my focus – selectively take time out for webinars. If I read and download every highly touted ebook, report, and email that is in my inbox then go to every webinar – I will end the day with information overload and no positive teps towards financial goals or personal goals . Simply all input with no output
I live in France and a morning person so webnars are too late for me!
Hi Andrew,
Any Webinar I have attended or downloaded has been loaded with sales hype and vague secret disclosures. These hint at what’s in the latest package.
Ican’t promote the products to a nonexistent list.
As disability support pensioner I can’t afford to purchase any expensive package.
I have a wireless internet package with only 8Gb download limit per month. Webinars don’t fall in that limit.
Also If its a Motivational theme I spend my time analysing what is being said and not absorbing the content.
I don’t have a high opinion of webinars and seminars or the like.
Reg.
