Today I went into Manchester to meet with someone who posted at the warrior forum that they wanted to start an offline mastermind group.
His name is Guy and he’s just launched this site selling weight loss suppliments - http://www.weightloss-supplements.com
We spend most of the time discussing the topic of list building, and how it’s the best way to generate repeat traffic to your website. What I’ve suggested to Guy is that he utilises a PLR report on “The 50 best moves to get rock hard abs” to build his list via a squeezepage and pop-up on his main site.
The other thing was setting up a butterfly site where he interviews his existing nutritional experts and gives the transcript away but monetizes the list building process by selling the audio version as the One Time Offer.
The added value of the audio is that people can listen to it on the move, or even better whilst working out at the gym via their ipod. Adding monerization to the site means that you approach JV partners and ask them to promote the free report to their list, of course you’ll need to offer higher commission, but the long term wealth of a targeted list is worth it.
Guy has only been online a few months, and I think that my product creation ideas opened his eyes to a whole new world, and that’s what getting out their and meeting people can do for your business.
