I’m sure you’ve seen loads of emails this week regarding Jeff Dedrick’s new InstantBonusPage site.

Well having taken 5 minutes this afternoon I was able to add 6 bonus to an existing download page, and I’m pretty sure that over the next few months the amount of extra commission will double.

If I’d tried to do this manually I would have to log-in to each of the 6 sites, then spend ages formatting the boxes and graphics, and generally swearing. Jeff’s software was just a couple of clicks to select the style of the box, select the 6 sites, and then a simple 1 line of code to copy & paste.

Even cooler is that all of the affiliate links are cloacked and tracked, so I will be able to see which bonuses are popular, and change them for other sites without having to re-edit my download page.

If you’re giving away free internet marketing reports then this site is simply a must join.

Lastly remember that Jeff (and all the sites inside InstantBonusPage) is totally free to join, but you will see lots of “One Time Offers” – this is the way that these butterfly sites make their money…

So I created a new page for a follow-up experiment using the viraltwittetgenerator software

Now I think this is a much better page than the blog post I created for twitterblaster, but just by simply posting on my own Twitter account I haven’t had anyone actually tweet the new message.

I’ve tried twice with a different message, so either my twitter traffic isn’t enough to start the viral traffic, or the actual page sucks?

As I’ve broadcasted this post to my list I should generate a decent amount of traffic, so if you decide that you’re not going to tweet could you please post a comment with your reason why.

I’ve got pretty thick skin, so please be honest with your feedback.

Earlier this week I clicked my website, and to my horror, the browser displayed a warning message saying that my site was distrubiting malware, meaning all my links were stopped from displaying.

Now the little googlebot that found the malware was very quick to talk to the twitterbot, and suddenly I was both blogless and twitterless – do these words exist?

Thankfully the support guys at kiosk did a great job in finding the malware and deleting it. A few support tickets to google & twitter mean everything is back to normal now, but I want to share with the reason why the malware managed to get into my site.

When you add files to your webserver via ftp you have file permissions associated with your account. It turns out that I had some which allow other users to write, and this was how the malware got onto my site.

Moral of the story is that when you upload new files to your server be sure to check the file permissions. Folders should have 755 and individual files should have 644

I hope this advice helps to keep your site secure

Here’s a dirty little secret that I don’t think many “wealth” gurus
want you to uncover ….

You see … people go to all these books, seminars (real estate, you
name it!), etc

They go there and learn a ton about how to create killer revenue
streams and say to themselves “Wow, what a great idea…. I better
try that”.

Then they go back to their lives….

and NOTHING EVER HAPPENS.

That’s about 90% of people who never take action on what they learn.

Now, what about the 10% who (I suspect like yourself) who do take
action?

Here’s the 2nd harsh reality … what’s taught to you is NEVER the
bird’s eye view of how they do it.

They tell you to “learn”.

They give you bits and pieces to stumble over.

… and it’s all kind of misleading unless you’re willing to endure
all the time and effort.

Since I got my flip for Christmas I’ve been able to easily record all sorts of great moments.

Here’s something that should put a smile on your face, little Elsie putting her “hands up” to her Mum’s singing – so be be sure to turn up the volume.

Since the middle of 2004 I’ve been playing the lottery online through my virtual world direct syndicate, and I enjoy small regular wins, but on Saturday our syndicate matched 4 numbers and won £617

Now the value of this win when split was not significant, but by winning the first draw of the year it’s helped to re-inforce my inner thought that 2009 is going to be my year.
