Absolutely 100% right. Relevancy is important in everything. When we go looking for information we don&#039;t want to be bombarded with &#039;noise&#039;. We want the facts, just the facts and nothing but the facts.

Why should our customers be any different.

I&#039;m sure there are many who see Google as inherently evil, but even if that were true it wouldn&#039;t mean that all they do is wrong. In protecting the end user from all the irrelevant stuff they&#039;re doing their best to give people what they want.

And remember, what made Google as big as they are today was doing just that at a time when others not only didn&#039;t, but *couldn&#039;t*.

Anyone remember Lycos?

If we provide relevant content (even if it&#039;s an ad) then we&#039;re meeting the needs of the consumer more effectively. So if we&#039;re forced into being more relevant then I think that&#039;s a good thing.</description>
