What Did You Think Of “One In A Million?”

This free report explains just how powerful viral marketing can be
http://www.andrewstark.com/Reports/OneIntoAMillion.pdf

I’m sure you know who Mike Filsaime is.

If you don’t, you’ve obviously been out of town for an extended period of time.

This report is just one of the free reports that Mike and staff are giving away to members of his ButterflyReports website. As you’re experiencing you can give this report away to your list, submit it to giveaways, and create a squeeze page to build your list.

In particular I think that page 7 really sums up why you should be looking at viral marketing as a way to advertise your product / services.

Please post a comment with a link to your website if you would like to get started with viral marketing.

This all seems very interesting, I’m a new guy and I’m not sure this will work. Hopefully I’ll have another opinion later.

  2. Clive Praed says:

    It was very interesting.

However, I don’t contemplate having “friends” online. That is a fallacy promoted by marketers who open accounts on these children’s sites like you tube, my space and facebook – all of which I, as an adult, have never visited. LOL
They then pretend to be be frends with the gullible feeble minded specimens who inhabit these sites, in order to extract their money.

So, if you are an honest marketer, this book is no use to you at all.

If you are a would-be rip off artist – it will be #1 on your literary list.

I suspect that Clive is older than 25. heh heh.

    Now…

about Mr. Filsaime and his OneToAMillion report…

If you pay close attention to the TARGET urls of those all-too-numerous-shamelessly-sprinkled-throughout “ButterflyReports” links, you’ll quickly get a feel for the infantile simplicity and self-serving “I want all of mine and half of yours” thrust of the Filsaime marketing rationale, effective or not.

    That’s what I think, Andrew.

  4. Clive Praed says:

    Fred,

Your suspicions as to my vintage are entirely correct.

I am BTV (Before Television) in the UK!

    Now…

Infantile simplicity – I do like that, really.

Sounds much better than bl***y rip-off, doesn’t it.

I did send this to my minute list of 800 – not one person even clicked on it.

I think MF has that effect on people.

He does on me – I’d never pay for anything that he sells or even writes a testimonial for.

    But then, I’m just a

    grumpy old chef

  5. Fred Holmes says:

Hello Clive, you grumpy old chef, you…:)

It’s interesting in the extreme that you and I have such similar take-away’s on the excessively shameless promotional tactics of certain persons whose initials you have cleverly concatenated to form an acronym possessing multiple interpretations (heh heh), not that I would ever contemplate something as base as that (not in the unconscious state, anyhow).

While I subscribe to the tired old saw ‘the squeaky wheel gets the grease’, I also tend to rapidly back away from excessive self-aggrandizment, whatever form it may take.

    All the best

    Fred

  6. I just didn’t want to be in the business Cause I told them later i couldnt afford to keep up with the program..So i returned the dvd’s they sent (NEVER PLAYED THEM) & asked to have the $197.00 I paid to upgrade to gold member, But they would not take the amount off my credit card.. I’m sorry i ever signed for it, it was through the advice of someone else that I did sign.. I thought they would be compassionate & remove the Charge, as i practically begged them to, but they wouldnt hear of it, as i am in financial trouble.. I will never do business with them again!!I’m sorry…. Phyllis Congrove

Every link you send to go to your offer such as the recent one in a million I click and up comes a message illegal plug in. So I am not getting any of those at all. I use Firefox & MS XP

  8. Andrew says:

    Hi Robert

Was it the pdf link, or the affiliate link?

If it’s the pdf link then you probably need to go and download the latest version of the adobe acrobate software – it’s free from http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

  9. John says:

Interesting content. Some good points. Way too many promotional links.

As with anything on the internet, take the good, leave the rest.
